Energy work aids in the healing process and re-aligns the body’s energies. Some techniques work within the individual’s unique aura, with little or no body touch, but have a profound effect on the individual. Warmth, tingling, and a lightness or total relaxation are all possible sensations.

2) Psychic Abilities

Spiritual masters have presented practices that a person can pursue to gain health, happiness, and peace of mind from the beginning of time. Rather than adhering to a predetermined religious belief, many of these approaches to spirituality focus on learning to calm the mind. The mystic branches of Buddhism, Hinduism, and Christianity, as well as Kabbalistic Judaism, Sufism, and other meditative traditions, are among them. The subtext of these teachings implies that when one learns to quiet one’s mind, one is more likely to have psychic-like experiences or senses.
