One of the many Occultist Tik Tokers who I watch, Chaos Occultist is one of the finest in spell casting. After watching her method for decimating the effects of Mercury in Retrograde I just had to dissect and backwards engineer her method.

As always, you should perform this on your altar or a space commonly preserved for intense focused meditation. Those candles I told you about? Yeah light those bad boys up. It’s time to get started with this Anti-Mercury in Retrograde Magick Spell.
So we are performing this particular spell bowl as according to the steps outlined by Chaos Occultist. She starts by lighting incense. I would use some sort of Planetary incense particularly anything which would counter act Mercury or bring it into alignment. Any typical Mercury will do.
To adequately cleanse the space it is important to light the incense and then with the lit incense. Move it CLOCKWISE.
Why do you want to move your incense clockwise?
Not just because I said so, but because retrograde gives the false sense of Mercury spinning in reversal (which messes with you.) The planets spin clockwise, therefore it is essential to spin your incense clockwise.
Note: Not everyone likes to use incense as it can actually have negative effects for some people. In this case to cleanse the space you can very will simply use a spray bottle with holy water or blessed water. However I encourage you to use something which condenses the droplets into something which is vaporized.

Now that you’ve got everything in one place, it is time to stir that bad boy. Always remember to do this in a CLOCKWISE manner. This step to remember is very important as the planets move Clockwise. If you fail to remember that step it may mess with the energy that you are putting into your spell.
